AGREEMENT
This agreement describes the entire terms and conditions for membership of Oblique
Corp. In this agreement, the term "Affiliate" refers to you (the applicant).
Wherever the agreement refers to "you" or "your", it means
"the Affiliate"; "we" or "our" refer to Oblique
Corp.
All of the rules,
operating procedures and policies of Oblique Corp. will apply to any person
who is granted Affiliate status. Oblique Corp reserves the right to revoke
membership priledges if you do not comply with our rules, operating procedures
and policies.
To protect the privacy of Oblique Corp members and Affiliates, the names or other personal information about specific members will not be provided to you, unless Oblique Corp deems it necessary.
The Affiliate does not have the authority to make or accept any offer on behalf of Oblique Corp. Oblique Corp is not responsible for any representations made by an Affiliate which contradict our policies.
You may not under any circumstances identify your Web site as an Oblique Corp Referral Partner by displaying a link, button or banner that is not provided by Oblique Corp. Oblique corp reserves all rights in or to its service marks.
Persons and Institutions that Do Not Qualify for the Oblique Corp membership Include:
Affiliates and former-Affiliates of Oblique Corp agree to never in any way attempt to take legal action against Oblique Corp, and by accepting the terms of this agreement understand that Oblique Corp is in no way responsible for the content of this, or any subsidary website or internet based publication.
The Agreement May be Modified: Oblique Corp reserves the right to change any of the terms and conditions in this agreement, at any time and in its sole discretion, by posting a new agreement on our Web site.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the definition of qualifying services, and all other provisions of this agreement are subject to change without notice other than posting such information on our Web site.
Cancellation of This Agreement: Either Oblique corp or the Partner, acting in their sole discretion, may choose to cancel this agreement.
Limitation of Damages: Oblique Corp shall have no liability for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising under or with respect to this agreement, even if Oblique Corp has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Miscellaneous: Affiliate and Oblique Corp are independent of each other and nothing in this agreement is intended to or will create any form of partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between the parties. Affiliate shall not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Oblique Corp.. Subject to the foregoing restriction, this agreement is binding upon, insures to the benefit of and is enforceable by the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
